Faith L. Gibson is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a minimum of 10 years social service experience. She has worked in two children's homes, assessed the potential of child abuse of infants, provided therapy for foster care and adoptive families, and worked to provide community mental health services in school settings, as well as in a community office.

Faith received her undergraduate education from Butler University and obtained a Bachelor degrees in English: Creative Writing and Sociology. She also received her graduate education from Southwestern Assemblies of God University and obtained a Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology. She has received additional specialized training in Trust Based Relational Intervention and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
